PE. striking and fielding

WALT: Apply Striking and Fielding activities in a range of sports and activities.

My Strengths: my strengths are catching the ball when it goes high in the air and throwing to the specific person I want it to go to.

The striking strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were
hitting the ball at a specific speed so it goes where i want it to go
The throwing and catching strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were throwing it hard and low so the person he will catch it wont drop it and having cup hands to catch the ball.
My Next Steps hitting the ball harder so it goes past every one and they don't get me out.

To improve my striking of a ball I need to smash the ball harder because it will go past every one in a hitting game.

To Improve my catching and fielding I need to have l soft hands because it is easy to catch with your hands are soft.

The game that I enjoyed the most was rounders because it is fun when you are fielding because you have heaps of options to catch the ball.

W.A.L.T We had to round decimals from the group I was in we had three other tasks we had to complete which are negative numbers and compare and order decimals. I competed the tasks a week ago the tasks were challenging because some of them are hard.

My next goal is square roots because I is the next group up

This is 15 because you are rounding it to the nearest whole number which is 15.

LEADERSHIP: in the food forest

We are learning to work in the garden with the younger students

On Wednesday the 2nd we went in to our school food forest its pretty cool because you have to pick out the dead plants and take the seeds and put the seeds in paper bags so they don't mold from the sun and sweet .

After we picked out the seeds we had to clear out the forest ,me and my friend Levi got to use some things that chop down stuff we cant pull out and then we passed it on to some people after a bit the teacher got out the hedge trimmers and we cut down every thing with them in a way shorter time .

The hardest bit was to clear out all the bush and flours and stuff but we eventually cleared out what we need to.

We have three types of flours red clover,Borridge,Yaro
