Drama Improvisation Term 1

WALT: apply the techniques of improvisation to a range of different scenarios.

Improvisation techniques that I have used successfully are,thinking quickly on the spot.

Improvisation techniques that I would like to have more practice at,i would like to practice at getting involved more in the games that we play.

The thing that I enjoyed most about this unit of learning was because,we where thinking on the spot and it was fast and easy.

My favourite improv game was because family portrates

My next step/ something I need to work on further  in improvisation is…….because…...

Term 1 Integrated Learning - Leadership

W.a.l.t We have been learning all about What makes a good leader.

Here is a link to the Leadership modelling book.

We identified that good leaders show 6 main character traits. These are……. Integrity Goal Focused Trustworthy Active Thinker Resilient Motivational.

The leadership trait that I think I show the most is trustworthy because because i didn't lie to anyone.

The leadership trait I would most like to develop is motivational because I don't really motivate people as much as i should.

Something NEW I have learned about leadership is resilient

The SOLO level that I reached during this unit of learning is extended abstract because I completed all of the tasks to a high standard.

My next step in learning about leadership is to apply everything that I have learned about leadership to my own leadership roles.

New Zealand flag

Last week we had to do an activities about the flag because the New Zealand  flag might change. My opinion is that the flag should stay because it has been in the country for years  and under the solders when they fought in the war and now they want to change it in to a plain flag that people have to vote about. and there going to spend millions for one stupid flag. and it is just changing the union jack with a plain fern i think it will be the worst flag design out of them all.
